Statutory reporting is the process chosen by the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan for Elections Saskatchewan to report on activities. Such reporting provides an annual update of activities for the Assembly and the public.

Saskatchewan's electoral legislation does not limit the amount of contributions a registered political party or candidate may collect.
